The title of this second episode of Hometown Back Alley is a Chinese idiom. Literally it means light tea and plain rice, implying a humble lifestyle.

This is inspired by my favourite Chinese song, Afternoon Tea 下午茶, sung by Samantha Lam 林志美 and Chris Babida 鮑比達. It is about friendship against the odds. I played this song once to my special friend Wing and she loves it.
