Panda got heat rush

Acrylic

This is from an intense pop art session in Canary Wharf Crossrail Place roof garden. The whole event lasted for barely an hour. The first 15 mins was wasted on general briefing about pop art, followed by 5 mins research over the phone on the spot, facing a blank canvas. We were then given a black permanent pen to sketch directly on the canvas. We were left with half an hour to paint a full sized canvas with limited palette and one giant brush. Very rush. Far from enjoyable and feel being punished.

Never mind. My inspiration came from myself, climatized by the British weather, got heat rush whenever I went to hot countries, just like panda from the northern China. Nothing could deter my holiday spirits. Here panda indulged himself with his selfie stick.
